Shipping & Return Policy
For your convenience, we offer our customers the option to return eligible products within 14 days of purchase.
- Packaging is for protection only. Dents or scratches on the packaging or box surface caused by delivery are not included in our Exchange & Refund Policy.
- Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, “Final Sale” items, all collaborative products, and all custom items).
- Final Sale Items and or Sale products include sale items, socks, swimwear, hat releases, raffles and other items specifically listed on the individual product page are not returnable or exchangeable.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. ALL THE RIGHT, INC. DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY WORN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AS RETURNS. FOOTWEAR MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX.
- Shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for refund credit processing upon receiving returned item(s).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper, except in cases of mistakes by ALL THE RIGHT INC.
- Customers whom have placed consecutive orders that need cancelation within a 7 day period will be charged a restock fee.
- Local pick up orders must be picked up within a week of notification. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for failure to pick-up your order.
