Cancelation & Return Policy
For your convenience, we offer our customers the option to return eligible products within 14 days of purchase for non release items. (Such that DO NOT APPLTY are Fitted Fridays Hat Drops and Sneaker Releases)
- Packaging is for protection only. Dents or scratches on the packaging or box surface caused by delivery are NOT included in our Exchange & Refund Policy.
Refunds:Once we receive your item. we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item, We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Paypal (or original method of payment) minus shipping cost.
- ANY lost packages to the item will be the responsibility by the carrier that you have chosen. ALL claims MUST go through them directly. ALL THE RIGHT is NOT responsible for any refunds for lost item(s).
- Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, “Final Sale” items, all collaborative products, and all custom items).
- All The Right has a restocking fee of 10%
- Final Sale Items and/or Sale products include sale items, socks, swimwear, hat releases, raffles and other items specifically listed on the individual product page are not returnable or exchangeable.
- All The Right is not responsible for damaged product boxes. For example, if sneaker box is damaged we CANNOT issue a return as we are not liable for this factory defect.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. ALL THE RIGHT, INC. DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY WORN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AS RETURNS. FOOTWEAR MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX.
Shipping:You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for refund credit processing upon receiving returned item(s) depending on bank provider.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shipper and will be deducted from the refund if a label was provided by ALL THE RIGHT.
