Cancelation & Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL- no returns or exchanges. Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of the merchandise, all sales are final. Please double check that your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges.

Shipping:

  • Shipping typically occurs within 3 to 5 business days for all orders.
  • Customers will receive an email once your order is ready to ship out.
  • Depending on package destination, orders may take 5 to 7 business days to arrive. If you need more information you can contact your shipments carrier. 
  • Packaging is for protection only. Dents or scratches on the packaging or box surface caused by delivery are NOT included in our Exchange & Refund Policy. ALL THE RIGHT will NOT be held responsible.
  • ANY lost packages to the item will be the responsibility by the carrier that you have chosen. ALL claims MUST go through them directly. ALL THE RIGHT is NOT responsible for any refunds for lost item(s).
  • All The Right is not responsible for damaged product boxes. For example, if sneaker box is damaged we CANNOT issue a return as we are not liable for this factory defect. 
INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS:
  • invalid or insufficient address we will have to cancel your order and customer will have to reorder items.

LOST PACKAGES:

  • ALL THE RIGHT is NOT responsible for lost packages. You must contact the mail couriers directly to find out more information on your package so it can be located.

RAFFLE RELEASES:

  • When entering the raffle, please ensure that all information is accurate, as no edits can be made once the entry is submitted.
  • Once raffle entry is submitted, you CAN NOT cancel your entry.
  • Only customers that have won the raffle, will get an email of an order confirmation that they have been picked. 
  • If customers provide incorrect information such as card details, shipping address, or shoe size, we are unable to make changes.
